Leaking Hose

Good afternoon all,

Hope you're all well.

I've recently checked my coolant level and found it to be low so I topped it up and since then have had overheating problems and have been loosing coolent.

I've found the cause and it's a leaking rubber hose located at the back of the plenum where indicated on picture below. I think this is a heater pipe but don't know where to get a replacement from!?



It's leaking right where the jubilee clip is holding it (basically it's perished and split). It was getting dark last night so I couldn't investigate exactly where the hose dives off to or even how
big it is but it dissapears off to the right behind the engine.

Does anyone know what size this is and where I can get a replacement from?
