Some heritage railway scans

Sadly not mine though!
Not sure how many (if any) railway enthusiasts are on here but a mate of mine has let me upload his 1980s scans to the web.
Some proper trains!

Oooooooh, I love being on nights when we get a job down at Tysley loco yard, I always have a good look round the steam engines.
I absolutely love engineering of most descritptions, and I could quite happily watch steam trains run around all day long, sad? maybe, but so what!
Which reminds me, we're losing a fair few of our old mechanical signal boxes in 12 weeks time, I think im going to get some good pictures of them, something to show the grand kids (if i ever have any) anyway!
