MOT almost in the bag

Well it went in for the MOT today, my friendly chap says it's running TOO LEAN of all things...
A fail on a minor suspension component which I have welded up to get a pass while I wait for the replacement to arrive. The suspension is so stiff I hadn't noticed it was broke!
So first thing tomorrow back for a gander and another year of wedging to look forward to.

Ha ha - the welded bit got me to the MOT place (1 mile), then to work (20 miles), then I heard it go 'ping' on the way home!!! I think it's possibly high tensile so a mild weld isn't up to it.
But - it did the job! MOT sorted, certificate printed. New parts in the post so will go on in a few days.

Furgle me buttocks, mine runs out on Saturday... will have to cross Big John's palm with some folding stuff. 
With luck he'll be so dazzled by all the freshly-painted front suspension parts and new balljoints that he won't notice the... er, nothing to see here, John...
