In light of the current budget and economical affairs, how do you think car prices will do over the next year or two? We hear of another recession heading our way, and unemployment rising.

I know it must be a terrible thing to loose your job, but for people who are lucky enough to still be in work, surly will be a good time to buy a car? What are your views on the market over the next couple years?

from what i've heard/seen auction prices are markedly down. Good time to buy I think, may get better(?).

Not sure, will be interesting to see if we see a repeat of what happened late 2008/ early 2009 when the market fell through the floor and used prices hit rock bottom. It was mental, anyone who bought back then got a real bargain.

That's what I'm talking about. If I hold my job (who knows what could happen), I know I'll be on the look out. scratchchin
