I bought this off ebay, it will have to be cut and shut, to make it around 30mm wider, it will sit a bit lower too, looks ok i think?

Picture from front or 3/4's mate? At the minute it doesn't look to inoffensive but i personally think that you'll have to be careful with this as the curves of the Cerb will make any square ish bonnet scoop look a little out of place. Still a big fan of the project though - keep up the good work !

Its got to be around 320mm wide, but just the one scoop widened, like i say it may sit around 15-20mm lower, but till i know the optimum trumpet length then i cant be sure. If its a bit lower and the same colour, should be subtle.

At speed, the airflow at that point will be quite fast so low pressure. Would the air not simply attach itself to the underside of the bonnet and exit at the rear edge of the bonnet?

This also suffered from low pressure. I think the original scooby one did too, which is why they made it taller.

Probably a bit of a tangent but how about using part of an S bonnet?
At least its made of fibreglass so should be easier to bond to your bonnet.

Sorry, I thought you were trying to get more airflow for cooling or induction. Spot on for bonnet clearance!

Could simply reverse the scoop, will play with it when i have cut the hole and widened it..

The scoop has been widened and this is "plonked" on the top, but this is basically it, the rear skuttle will need bulging too..
