Morning people,

I'm sure this has been asked before, but as this is my first experience in actually having to deal with servicing myself (always had people on hand to deal with it for me before), I need some advice.

Skoda vRS diesel needs a service and timing belt.

I need a reliable company who will charge a sensible price, and it would be great if they could pick the car up and deliver it back (from Strathaven or Livingston).

Main priority is not having to spend a day picking up and dropping off.
2nd priority is not being charged a fortune for a visual inspection and a wipe with an oily rag before sending the car back half done.....

Any suggestions?

Stup on here has his own business now in Stirling

As posted here near the bottom of page 1

I have no affiliation to the business, he just stays at the end of my street and I've seen the quality of his work.

Bit of a roundabout one, but John at ProGrip in Bonnybridge (alignment specialist - extremely good guy) owns a Fabia vRS and I'm sure he mentioned a specialist to me one of the times I had my car over at him. I only remember as we also have a Fabia vRS in the family.

My thoughts are that if John thinks they're good then they must be!

Don't think they'll be able to pick the car up but the owner John certainly knows his stuff though
