Discussion
Did anyone else buy tickets from this website?
Just I ahve been trying to get hold of them by email, and they ahve not answered, and I just can't find a phone number to phone them for a chat.
I ahve not received the tickets and don't actually know what do you?
Does anyone have any ideas?

I ordered mine from them back in early May, and mine haven't arrived either.
A little patience may be required when it comes to them answering e-mails - they're probably fairly busy at the moment, but even when they're not they're not reknowned for being the quickest people to reply to e-mails
. The e-mail they show on the site is:support.ticket@lemans.org
Is that the one you tried ?
Also, there is a phone number on the site, which is found here:
http://ticket.lemans.org/apropos/contact.asp
It is +33 (0)892 697 224

I guess you mean lemans.org - who are the ACO, the official race organisers. There phone number is in the contacts page: Téléphone : +33 (0)892 697 224
You may have inadvertantly bought the tickets on the basis of collecting them when you arrive - a phone call would quickly confirm this.
If you don't mean lemans.org, and infact there was a website lamans.org at some point - i think it's safe to say you've been had.

Yes I did mean lemans.org. For some reason that phone number isn't working, but then again it could be our companies phone, so will try when I get home.
I am a little more comfortable now, that you all have said it is the official site. I throught it was but I have been starting to worry, as I did send them a couple of email at the time of booking which was five weeks ago, as I couldn't for some reason select UK on the country dropdown for where I wanted them to send it to. I did try french and UK words for our country but in the end just couldn't find it. I thougth it was a website glich, so have been eamiling them.
I assume, if everything goes wrong, I can just take the documentation of the sale and they can print me another one at the circuit? Has anyone every done that?

The country selection was a bit tricky, but it's under there as "Royaume Uni" or something like that.
It may be that, because the country wasn't quite right, they're holding the tickets for your arrival, in which case taking the e-mail confirmation, etc. would be the way forward.
I'm hoping mine turn up soon as I need to pass some on to one of the other members in our group who is travelling down separately, but there's still time before we depart so I'm not worrying *too* much... Yet...
If its of interest, 1st Tickets e-mailed me last Thuirsday to say the ACO have been busy with the 24 hours; and they were now expecting to receive tickets for the Clasic for onward dispatch this week and I should receive mine by the 1st of July, so I'm trying not to panic until then....
I live here and went to the ticket office to see what the hell is up. I haven't had my internal parking pass despite many emails. They shrugged their shoulders saying that the admin is up to Petersport who run the event. So I telephoned the guy who, despite previous conversations, had no idea who I was and asked if I was driving a Morgan. 10 minutes later he finally found the details of my C-type which they had asked to put on display and baldly stated that "oh yes, the pass is in the post tonight". If you have problems with tickets, then please phone here - they speak english:-

I'll look forward to seeing here what they say. Fred Karno's circus comes to mind.

I tried calling one of the larger car clubs because a message on their forum indicated that they may have had some spare grandstand seats available.
Unfortunately the lady I spoke to explained that no they didn't have any spares, and indeed they were trying to get hold of some more tickets because the allocation of seats they had been promised hadn't materialised in full !! A bit awkward considering people had already paid for them...
