Top Gear School Maths Challenge - Business Volunteers Needed

Afternoon all,

Mrs JagPJ works for an organisation (West Sussex Education Business Partnership) that works to help schools out with various events and projects. In this case she's working on a 'Top Gear' Maths challenge at a school in Horsham.. She's looking for business volunteers to turn up with their nice motors and the kids then work on various challenges based on the cars. Such as how many can I buy for £500,000.00, how much does it cost to run the car, can I fit it into my garage? etc.

It's on the 7th July from 0830 to 1500, at Muntham House School, so if it's of interest to any of you then please get in contact with her to book a space, details below. All volunteers will be offered a 15 minute phone briefing to make sure that they feel fully briefed about these events and know what’s expected of them on the day.

Great idea - as a Head Teachers husband I understand about motivating kids! Pity I can't make that date, would have brought the Cerbera along - good luck with the day.
