I was there the morning my Mum died in hosptial.
I wanted to hug her so badly but I couldn't do it, instead I ran outside for some air, when I returned she had gone.
I wish she had gone in my arms, I was about 30 seconds too late.
That is my one and only regret.

Usually goes away once I've checked I still have my phone, wallet and house keys, though a fry up is also a good cure
