Hay Guide help please

I am hoping someone can help me, I have a friend who has a pay review coming up on Monday but thinks he may be getting the raw end of the deal, his company are using the Hay Guide points system to grade his pay but may be pulling points in order to stop a pay rise happening. Would anyone know where I can get hold of a copy of the points/grade chart for him, I am not exactly sure what I am asking for but from my understanding it is table which shows how many points equate to each grade and then ultimately how much pay said company will allot to each grade?
