Anyone had their front indicators out recently?

Know which type they are?

Save me jacking up and removing a wheel. laugh

I would do that but I'm replacing all the bulbs with LED ones and that will prove expensive!!! laugh

I did mine recently, they're offset. The silvered bulbs I had bought at considerable expense were opposite. I just ground off one of the pins on the bulb, jobs a goodun smile

Have you got the LEDs in yet Ridds? I tried some of them on my other car but the indicator flashed too fast, I guess due to a lack of resistance, so I changed them for the silver normal ones & never tried them in the cerb.

we should talk more Farmyardpants, I did mine recently as well, but I had to grind the pin off because the bulb was offset!

ack! one of them was offset and one wasn't, starting to doubt my sanity now! Apologies if I have it backwards but the grinding method comes recommended to rectify biggrin

As you say, it's down to resistance and I believe you can buy indicators with a resistor attached but they are a little more expensive (or you could just put one inline yourself). I'm no expert and am just spouting this as theory because I'm planning to fit these to my other car soon, just haven't got around to it yet.

I bought the clear lenses off ebay but unfortunately I'm waiting for someone such as yourself to run through it and find the issues! ;-) No help I know, but I'm sure someone will be along soon.

I'm amazed no one has their indicators apart. laugh

Looking to do this and all the bulbs in my 4pod rear clusters. Does an old 2001 cerbera need resistors?
