Recommeded fluids for Esprit SE

What's the ideal viscoity and brand oil, gearbox, clutch and brake fluid?

I'm trying to sort a page out for LEW about this. From what I've got already, I would advise.

Oil

Castrol or Mobile One 10w40 or 15w40

Brakes.

Any fast road Dot 4 fluid should do.

Transmission

Haven't got that far yet!

Based on my research from several sources, I've got this info:

Oil:
Mobil 1 15/50
Castrol sythentic RS 60 weight

Brake fluid
Castrol SRF DOT 4

Clutch fluid
DOT 4, haven't narrow down the best brand yet

Transmission fluid
Redline MTL or MT90

I'm quite a perfectionist so I like to go with the best for every component on the car.

I would suggest sticking with the recommended transmission fluid, which for a Renault gearbox is Mobil SHC630, available at Graingers. We had quite a discussion on this on the Yahoo list.
