Fuse Values?

Can anyone list the value for each of the fuses.
I was supplied with:
1 x 15Amp
5 x 10Amp
2 x 3Amp
But no indication as to which goes where.
Are these even the correct selection? I have tried my best to work out what each fuse does. Based on this I can't see where I would want to use a 3Amp fuse.
I am calling the lefthand fuse number one.

Looking as they are fitted in the car,from left to right 15,10,10,10,10,10,3,3.

3Amp seems a little low for all those side lights.
