V8S air filter

Has anyone tried any alternatives to the air filter on a V8S? Mine is looking ready for replacement and I was wondering what alternatives have been a success.

I'm not sure there's much choice is there with its location?

I'm still with the original type, you really want the incoming air as cool as possible thats why its sat on top of the rad, so the incoming air is from the front of the car and not through the rad.

Thanks Barkychoc. I was thinking more of the filter itself rather than the location. Just wondered if there was a better alternative.

TVR Chimaera/ Early Griffith K&N Air filter
Item No 360277387235
Mentions V8S in description as well.
Fits in the same location and looks pretty good
