Summer Hols - Cape Verde?

Anyone been to Cape Verde Islands? Any good? Looking at Thomson AI for August, and would rather not be with a bunch of drunks.

Cape Verde is a couples type place not a lads holiday destination. There's not much outside the hotels.

I thnk there have been a few threads about it on here, if you give the search function a go.
