I could have set my fkin watch by it:

"Oh its so hot, I cant sleep at night."

"Oh its too hot to go outside."

"God Im hot."

"Oh this office is so hot."

"Oh Im sweating."

etc etc

Cant wait for the first stories in a red top proclaiming "Britain hotter than the Sahara!" with a picture of a teenage girl frolicking on Bournemouth beach (thats when you know its really hot).

Or some hard done-by road workers downing tools as "the mercury hits an eye-watering 84 degrees" and a northern monkey quoted as saying "I thought me boots were going to melt-liiike. In 20 yrs ont' roads, Ive never experienced owt liiike it." Its important to quote all figures in the old money to make it more dramatic.

Re: Photo of woman on a beach
Why do some of the obiously-staged-pictures have a pic of a woman pouring a jug of water over themselves? Does anyone even go to the beach and think 'Towel, check... sun cream, check, bucket n spade, check... yes that's everything OH WAIT I ALMOST FORGOT THE JUG!!!'
tts!

Hot is only good when you are lying by the pool with a cocktail. Stuck in normal work clothes, it sucks. If it got hot more often we'd do what Hong Kong has done, and turn the place into an air-conditioned greenhouse.

So is there a newer version of '20 years' then? Have we gone metric now we're just like the Mediterranean?

On the way back from the physio through the council estate and these two fat bints walk past, one says to the other, 'yeah, I fking hate England...'

They are free to enjoy the sunshine at eleven am on a Monday, and they hate England!?

It's worse when the idiot saying it is a fatty fat fat and you can't give them stick for it, especially when they insist the air conditioning be set at -eleventy million furious

Thing is, if I'm cold I can put a jumper on. Fixed.
But if I'm hot, I can't take my clothes off in the office.

And a month ago they were all whining because it was cold and wet. As they will also do in a months time.
