Its only when it affects you directly that you realise how annoying it is for someone to steal your brand. It's not even the lost ££, it's more the fact that you spend every waking hour ensuring things run well, checking things are good enough for PH and ensuring that everything is enjoyable for everyone only for someone to come along and rip you off....
