i need to get a air box for A 54plate st170.Will a normal focus air box fit in the same place?

You will need a ST170 specifiy one, thats the only one that will fit. The hole that the snorkel attaches to is larger on the ST170 hence it being a popular mod for the 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 Focus aswell.
