Valuation Assistance Please

Hi,

I have to sell my Fathers car but need a realistic valuation, a task that normally would take me 10 minutes trawling Auto trader or Parkers, but due to the cars low mileage I need the PH collective help.

57 plate (Sept 2007) VW Polo 5 door 1.4S (75PS)

Silver metallic

Full VAG S/H 2 services, each one carried annually regardless of mileage

Current Mileage 8051

Will have 12 months MOT tomorrow

Low mileage isn't necessarily a good thing. 8,000 miles, 8000 starts, the engine never warm. Difficult to value.

Eldar CORRECTION..........Its not had 8,000 one mile journeys.

Parent’s location means a 16 mile round trip to the supermarket, and a 24 mile round trip to visit us due to their current location.

So no this is not a 1 mile per journey car, and he's keeping his Morgan for the good weather but as the Polo has had so little use, he wants to let it go and use the proceeds for a house make over.
