JPL resistance tube - I broke it !!

I was given a JPL resistance tube by a relative at Xmas.
I wanted one as its a good way of excercising the bicep without the need for free weights.
However, today i was using it and have managed to break it. The handle has come away from the band itself.
The logo on the band says 'JPL' but i cannot find a website for this company to complain. Ive only had it for 6 months and have managed to break it......
Can anyone help me find a stockist or know who 'JPL' are?
