Off on a business trip to Tokyo next week for the first time. I should have a day or two at the end to see the sights and do a bit of shopping. cool

Was wondering if anyone knows if there's any good watch shops/streets/areas to check out?

I like my G-shocks, Seikos etc. so I was hoping to find somewhere that did some unusual Japan- or Asia-only models. scratchchin

Any tips appreciated.

Get yourself down Akihabara.

You'll find those brands, plus all manner of other gadgets and electronics that will make your mind boggle smile

If you want higher end stuff, Ginza's a decent place.

The Yen's quite strong at the moment, so goods may not seem that cheap wink

Cti Watch - Ginza, Tokyo. Lots of NOS vintage stuff... I bought a birth month and year electronic Seiko from them a few months ago.

If you use Google Chrome, it'll automatically translate their site for you. http://www.cticorp.co.jp/watchtop2.html
