I did go in to view the video evidence.
I did write an appeal letter without returning the original NIP.
They then sent me a 2nd NIP after the first one expires. I suspect they might just send you a second NIP.

You might not get a second one. The next thing you hear might be a S172 (failure to supply) summons.
