Hi.Iam new here.I have one question.Iam living in Serbia,and we can not buy something from UK or anywhere from world,here doesnt work PayPal or bank card with world.My husband and I wont a built a small car for kids something like Toylander,Buggy... Can anyone tell me is there any free plans or CD,with plans or just a picture?

I think it;s a languate thing....but over here, Kit Cars generally means full-size road legal cars built from parts or a kit, not a kiddy car (usually!! )
