Anyone changed one? Looks quite simple with quick release fittings on the two pipes? Current one has rotted on the side (kept cool for two days). Cheers

Fittings looks like same as fuel lines to me, ie, wrap plastic around push & pull and apart they come smile

So you pointlessly reply. Handy.

Dave, should be an easy swap, followed by regas.

Yeah i think i'll have a crack at it, if i can't get the fittings off with the method i have used before then the place that found the leak will do it anyway.

Ha, well the part should have been here the next day, it didn't arrive, so I told them to stuff it, the cheaky sods tried delivering it Monday so i refused it. I found a brand new genuine one on eBay for £20 delivered(main dealer price £100!), bankrupt stock by the looks. Anyway it's here to hopefully cool A/C soon smile Just got fit the thing now.........

Well that was easy!! Bolts that have been in the sub frame for what, 14 years, came out with ease! The old credit card trick worked to seperate the lines, the old one had a hole in the side so fingers crossed a regass will sort it smile
