Accord Tourer 05 plate,

when driving home the other day I noticed 'steam' type vapour coming from the passenger side vents, nothing from the drivers side ones ( car has Dual climate control ), it was 'cool' but not cold. and disappeared if I turned the temp up to over ambient temp i.e. made it blow warm air.

It does have a regular 'wee' when parked up so don't think the drain in blocked either.

Anyone any ideas?

I'm booked in for a re-gas on Friday but was wondering if there is a more substantial fault that needs fixing first.

Also, are Kwik Fit to be trusted for regas or should I be looking elsewhere?

Perfectly normal depending on the temps in and out of the car. Mine does it every so often.

I had this on a Ford Thunderbird, quite worrying when you are driving along as you think its a bout to go up.

Replaced the matrix core on the heater which was a right pain as the dash had to come out.

Mine's done it once or twice. I just put it down to the atmospheric conditions being just right for it to happen.

Kwik-Fit? No.
I would guess they'd spot your tracking was out and you needed new brakes and exhaust. The local safari park might be a better bet.
I'd use an air con specialist.

You have a trapped PHe'r in your air vent with a copy of the daily mail.
