In terms of online bicycle equipment it's a bit like asking if anyone can vouch for Tesco's as a supermarket...
Why go for a chain it's a lot of cumbersome weight to cart around a high grade D-lock eg Abus would be just as good and be easier to mount on the bike for daily use...
Just a thought..

Bought some shorts advertised as in stock. They billed my card straight away and then I never got my shorts. Rang them a week later and they told me they needed to get a store to post to the warehouse, where they could forward them to me, this would take around 2 weeks (3 weeks after making the order).
Never again.
Never again.

ah thanks guys i'll check out your suggestions.
I have an ABUS DLock for the frame/back wheel, its fantastic- but im looking for another chain type lock to leave at work, so I can lock up my front tyres to the bike frame/bike rack!
Why can't you leave a d-lock at work? I'm sure plenty do.I have an ABUS DLock for the frame/back wheel, its fantastic- but im looking for another chain type lock to leave at work, so I can lock up my front tyres to the bike frame/bike rack!
I've ordered from them countless times - everything from bikes to accessories to clothing to supplements.
Never had a problem with them, and recently found them willing to go the extra mile so I got a new CX bike delivered in the tiny window I had between not being in the country and needing it for an event.

Definitely Wiggle? I'm pretty sure they're just an online retailer with all stock in their warehouse in Portsmouth and no stores.Never again.
I've used them loads of times and they've always been brilliant. Wiggle & CRC are the two I always go to first whenever I need anything for the bike.

I had the problem at Evans
Wiggle are brilliant. Not the cheapest, but they seem to despatch so quickly as to be ridiculous. I also had a problem once with a delivery and they simply told me to keep the item they'd despatched in error, and that they'd send a replacement. They even sent an extra couple free to say sorry.
Sadly the item concerned was some inner tubes, rather than a Specialized Tarmac Pro SL...

Used Wiggle and CRC many times and never had any issues with either. Tend to favour Wiggle at the moment if the price is roughly the same as they tend to courier most parcels through City Link, even with the free delivery and process orders a bit faster than CRC.
Agreed. Been very impressed with Wiggle. Normally price check against CRC though as they have had some bargains recently (XT chainsets for 130...)neilski said:

I like Wiggle. The more you buy, the bigger the discount. Dangerous...
I've just reached platinum level discount so automatically get 15% off everything. The only problem is, I've bought so much in the past year to get up to platinum level, there's nothing I need.
