Haggis & black pudding bridies

We were passing through Auchterarder on Sunday so I popped into a deli on the High Street for some strawberry tarts. They were also selling their own haggis & black pudding bridies so I bought some.

We had them last night with chips and beans.

Delicious and highly recommended!

Hmmm I used to love the taste of bridie crust, but stopped eating beef over 20 years ago so hence stopped eating them. But I'd be more than willing to give these a go

It's called "Scrumptious". I think it's owned/run by Aussies or Kiwis. It also stocks Vegemite!
