Clearly a great player. But whenever he loses, he always has a raft of excuses and never, ever concedes that he was outplayed.

Glad he is out really.

"Show Me A Good Loser, And I'll Show You A Loser"

But no you're correct.

He's never been all that gracious in defeat.

Today was particularly bad.

Two blokes who really shine in this respect on the tennis court are Nadal and Djokovic.

You only have to look at his ridiculous personal-gold-logo-adorned clothing and baseball cap to know that the man is, first and foremost, a tit.

What made it worse was that brown nosed suck up who was interviewing him after the match, he said something along the lines of "you're also so magnanimous and sporting in your defeats". Is he bks!

Does anyone remember Jeff Tarango? Tennis player who at Wimbledon during a match had a pop at the umpire and accused him of being corrupt before packing his bags and walking off. Later, his wife Benedicte slapped the umpire in the face. 'Jeff couldn't hit him because he might be thrown out of tennis,' she said. 'Women are emotional,' explained Jeff...

I could name many worse than Federer

Ricky Ponting
John Howard(Aussie PM who was rather ungracious in giving out the 2003 RWC medals
Alex Ferguson
Arsene Wenger

You're the first person to point out the existence of such a Foundation, everyone else just agrees that he looks, at best, like a pretentious arse.

I feel bad......

Ricky Ponting?

Don't recall a single interview after a defeat where he hasn't said 'we weren't good enough on the day'. Don't recall him ever saying 'the opposition that just beat us were rubbish, and we only lost becasue of x,y or z'.

Have to agree. Ponting hates losing, but he's not a bad loser.

Can't be worse than anyone connected to the England football team:

- the players were tired
- the ball was new and they struggled with it
- it's all the manager's fault

etc etc.

That geezer you're talking about is the single worst interviewer I have ever seen, at any level, in any form of media. I saw him 'interviewing' some foreign lassies at Wimbledon, it was utterly cringeworthy. His definition of interview appears to be to say 'how do you feel'. Sometimes he varies this with 'your immediate reaction please' which is basically another way of saying 'how do you feel'.
