Have you not yet learnt to filter out all that extraneous and superfluous noise that they make?

its the same over the phone.

Women use nearly twice the amount of words per day than us males so if they havent used them up, we get the remaining quota!

Because if they stop talking the hot air will build up and literally blow their heads up.

This is probably the only aspect of being single I enjoy.

The only thing that can annoy me when I come home is the cat wanting food!

My OH even talks in her sleep frown Luckily I have filtered out her vocal frequency range.

Just like the vuvuzela. We all heard them at the start of the world cup but we stopped noticing them biggrin

Men have few words, and they're often used up.

Women (and men) should know that the way to maintain 'closeness' in a relationship when you're both pushed for time and tired out from work is to have sex.

Because she's trying to interact with her loved one and glean whether there's any joy left of what used to be love and companionship.

Does she work?
I'm lucky that my OH has never displayed this trait except for when she was on maternity leave and therefore at home all day with nobody to talk to. Saved her conversation up for me when I got home from work rolleyes

Not just me then...

hehe

Yes, she does work. I can only assume they are boring sods. Funny how they can always seem to tie it in with the days when you've exhausted all brain power and struggle to remember your own name.

Ouch. I hope that's not how it is in reality.
