Garmin Nuvi 310 HELP

My Garmin Nuvi 310 has been a brilliant piece of equipment, but this week it refuses to find a sat signal, everything else works fine, including the bluetooth, but I can't get it to find a sat signal and actually be a sat-nav.

I've tried the reset button, but still no joy, has anyone else had this sort of problem or can anyone recommend a sat nav repairer??

I had that problem with my 310. It started intermittently failing to lock on to satellites. I send it off to Garmin and they did a fixed priced repair/exchange. All sorted quite quickly.

Thanks, I'll try that, they have sent me some link to uploads through to cure the fault buy they haven't worked.

Yes that was the phase 1 'repair', I suppose every once in a while it might work, but didn't for me. Amazon are doing good deals on 310s and similar models, so it might be worth compare the cost to the repair (garmin exchange) price.
