Does anyone know of a firm who can refurbish diamond cut alloy wheels in less than the five days the main dealer is quoting me??! Is it possible in 24 hours?

Any suggestions in or around west London or Berkshire/Surrey would be much appreciated

Contact Lepsons, see what they say, and if they can fit you in.

3-4 days min for diamond cut wheels , i have recieved a set form across the road 6 pm last night that i handed to lepsons midday on monday .

They would need the wheels a few hours before closing time so that the wheels can have the tyres strips , then they go in a stripping tank over night , if they strip first time (which they dont always if had smart repairs or refurb in the past), the wheels then go for bead blast , then wash tank , then powder coat prime , then colour coat , then diamond cut , then de burr diamond egdes , then top coat lacquer , then tyre refit , then wheel balance .

If you drop of the wheels late on a certain day they may not go through strip tank until next evening and then may need to go through again if not fully stripped there is 3 days gone already .

all of the process have inspection interval too .

the whole process takes days to complete and some of the split rims which are having bespoke colour combos can take 7-10 working days .
