CLASSIC LE MANS BEST NIGHT IN TOWN

Hi not been to the classic,what is the best night to go into town ?I know qualifiying is friday night,also is there any parade at all? or is it all at the circuit?

There is no parade, all is at the circuit. The main circuit is closed from Friday morning until Sunday afternoon. Loads of stall (I learned yesterday that Lynx and Proteus have taken a stand), lots of car displays and you'll really enjoy the atmosphere there. I guess some will go into town but nothing is arranged there at all.

I think Lowdrag means the public roads that form part of the circuit are closed between those times so you won't have an opportunity to drive down the Mulsanne etc during those times.

Apologies; yes, they close the Mulsanne early Friday morning for timed practice so find your way around as usual.

Ah thats fine Ive been to the 24hr loads of times just was not sure of the evenings in le mans town as i wanted to take kids to cathederal.... and a have a few jars in the sun outside scarrons!
