They serve no purpose to society or humanity as a whole. They are in fact a drain on our limited resources. So may I propose a kull to reduce our debt and benefits bill? A few parents blubbing about their son being "a good kid" will pass and we can get on with life....

Something similar happened near me a few years ago. They didn't throw stones though. They chucked a couple of breeze blocks instead. Someone was killed when the breeze block went through the windscreen and the ensuing accident caused mayhem. Not sure if they ever got caught though.

A woman was killed near Southend ayear or so ago with some idiots throwing stones at cars.

It happens a lot on the Aston Expressway in Birmingham, people tossing rocks onto the road from the walkways

I know exactly which bridge that is. As does anyone who goes passed the Luton Airport turn off from Watford. There is only one bridge with the grafitti about the hunting ban.

google map shows it is a short walk from a caravan site, what's the betting it is a pikey campsite, google street car does not appear to have been brave enough to drive down the track, it is the bridge near luton rugby club
