I have had the Ai606 in the past and it was excellent.
Be sure you get a good fitter though.
And remember, that there may be a limitation to the amount of 'Add-Ons' you can install so check what exactly you want to fit before you choose.
I.e. I had Total Closure.

mine was rather good on the TVR.
Less gizmo's than a Clifford but i thought that was a bonus point

The perfect alarm in my view, simple and effective with no drama. Far more reliable and less prone to false alarms than any clifford i have had. You can get the Ai606 full closure with the window roll up function, tilt sensors, anti hijack, everything a clifford comes with usually for far less ££.

I had a Toad Ai606 fitted to my Audi S2. Really good bit of kit, and very reliable.
Speak to Ken from Awesome Automotive:

He's based in Colchester I think, though he was happy to travel to Northampton to fit mine at no extra charge. The install was good - he even took the time to completely remove the original dealer fit alarm. Cost something like £260 fitted.

This particular model has been around for donkeys years! in fact I didnt realise it was still in the market. Maybe it just goes to show that sometimes the oldies are the best. Its been around since at least the turn of the century. Mind you its probably had a few updates since then.
Quite a few insurers I have worked for in the past recommend the Ai606.

I wasn't impressed with their customer service when I had to call them, but that may be because I wasn't the person who had it installed. Just had some mardyarse tell me that they'd send someone to look at it for (cue marketing t
t-speak) "one-five-oh"and that was it.
Though apart from that ssue one day it very nearly didn't de-alarm the car in a car park, but did eventually. Never recurred. ????
Apart from that, the kit seems to be good. I'd just choose another make if I was in the market because of the way they talked to me as if I was wasting their time.
