The TURP I had, was with a much newer machine than the one in the video. But it did the same job, with less risk. No I wasn't offered the lazer, but I had heard of it.

Did I gain any benifit? Yes, I can now piss like a horse.

Made me wish that when my ears got clogged up with wax I'd had someone else do it like that rather than spending hours carefully going at it with a toothpick. Though it was kind of satisfying seeing how much wax I'd got out, and finally having clear ears again (though they kept ringing for over a week!)

Looks a bit gross, but the ear wax procedure looks like a good way to do it.

Doctors are reluctant to syringe ears because the more you do it, the more you need to. (I guess because the wax is a natural response to protect the ears, and having them syringed triggers this response.) Maybe this is a better thing to have done.

HOWEVER...

How would you explain what you did for a living if it was your job?

(I use a tiny grabber and an endoscope to pull bits of wax out of ears...)
