Frankly the SIS/MI5 chaps earn their money. The rest should take a 50% cut and be done with.

They are indeed. However, while I'm loathe to believe this was ever considered when the salaries for those positions shown were dreamt up, they do at least have the potential to be rather more short term than some of the other jobs on the list.

£240k+ for London Probation Trust chappie and £225k for dumb animal betting levy job are infinitely more shameful and would have had good potential for a long stint of robbing the people had the champagne commies not been voted out.

That, really, sums up how much work is ahead of CMD. Unravelling years of complete financial stupidity.
What the hell do canal boats and the Olympics matter anyway in the overall scheme of things? Absolutely crazy.
