Really vague, a 50's/60's saloon. From memory, had a large grille, vertical and a squared off O shape.
Seemed to have a metal rabbit as it's bonnet mascot!?

I know, I know. It was a couple of weeks ago now. I'll try and find something similar.

OK, it was vaguely Rover P5 like, and possibly a coupe..although now I look at the P5 coupe I wonder if it was that...but it somehow seemed to be more stylish..

The rabbit may be a hare, in which case the car may be an Alvis. I could be wrong though.

paperbag Yes, "they were famed for their beautiful lozenge shapped body".............. bare rolling chassis comes out of barn "of course the body has all but rusted away" paperbag

When towing something old and daft and asked what it is, I've been known to tell people it's a loxley and watch the reaction hehe

Cracking first post. Back of the net, as Alan Partridge would say.
Many thanks!

A TE or TF, I think it must have been, although I assume the hare was a "non original" extra?!
