I've seen a number of Wedges with wood-rim steering wheels. Was this an OE option or an aftermarket purchase. Does anyone know where I can get one, new or good seconmdhand.

TIA
Mike

I think these were original fitments, my car had one, a Momo wood rimmed wheel which I have changed for a Momo leather covered one. It is an easy swap just six screws and a push fit non functioning TVR logoed horn push. My steering wheel has tiny cracks where the metal spokes meet the wood rim, which I suspect were caused by the metal spokes expanding and contracting with temperature changes and the wood shrinking slightly. I am sure that it is perfectly strong and safe to use, if you are interested I will look it out and try to photograph the cracks to see what you think.
