Hey guys, here's my ZR 160. Hope you like it. I'm planning on changing the wheels for the original "straights" and having them powdercoated anthracite as I'm not too sure about the current hoops...but besides that I'm enjoying it "standard" at the moment!

Cheers.

I normally don't really go for modded cars but I reckon the black rims look well on it actually. Is that spoiler standard? It looks like the one from the 'Atomix' special editions?

Cheers,
Rob

The car is complete standard besides the wheels so I wouldn't really call it a "modded" car. I'm planning on selling the wheels for some original MG ZR "straights" anyway, which I'm going to powdercoat anthracite or white smile

And yeah the spoiler is standard on all ZR's smile

Very smart, got a 105 ZR myself. Are you on www.themgzr.co.uk? useful info on there.

Looks very clean, whats the milage? Good luck and I would say keep those wheels unless you plan to lower it as the ZR can look as though its 'ontop' of the straights. Mine needs lowered to look right for sure.

Also, I believe the wing is one from the older models of the mk1. without the 'link' in the middle, EG mine is a newer one with the link.

Never noticed the wing tbh, probably because my friends have early ZR's too. I did wonder if my spoiler was a little bigger than most other ZR's today though.

I think its just there to strengthen the wing, must have been after the fiasco of ZR' going through automated car washes and snapping the wings off!

Love your car though, mine looks so boring compared frown

You have a nice colour though smile would have been my second choice after yellow!

Do you have much planned for yours?

I did have plans, but i'm going to keep it sensible as my parents use it as a second car and it now has a towbar fitted *insert facepalm here* but possibly just some subtle mods like springs and maybe wheels re-done either ancathrite or... ORANGE! bear with me. I think the orange would be a good conrast with the Xpower grey and a few other orange bits could look alright?

Shameless photo whoring hehe

Wish mine was a 160 and hope you like your car as much as I love mine!
