Went to a classic car show on Weds last week, and was very pleased to snap a few pics of this stunner

It was the only one there, but was great to see one of these rare cars, along with loads of other fab motors.
For those that don't attend these kind of shows, they are great. Nice setting, nice people and a bit of everything on display.
Few more snaps for those interested:

The green Stiletto and the Alfa Giulia(?) for me please
I agree that the smaller shows are much more interesting. I am going off Bromley Pageant because it attracts the "less desireable" element with the funfair &c and it tends to be row upon row of MGBs and Stags (as nice as they are I would much rather see a wider variation!)

I attend and display at a number of shows over the summer, all similar to this. The largest has about 1200 cars, while the smallest about 50 cars.

I do very much agree its the variety that makes the shows, there is just so much to see and so much of interest.

Should have added them to the classic spotters thread in the classics section.
What show was it?
Ta.What show was it?
It was Classics in the Walled Garden at Luton Hoo. Only the shows 2nd year, but looks like a good following so far. All thanks to Peter Madden the event organiser.

However if you are interested there's a smaller show this coming weekend (11th) in Harpenden at the Highland Gathering:http://www.harpenden-lions.co.uk/highland-gathering.php
On the 17th it's back to Luton Hoo for a new show this year called "Lazy Saturday in the Garden" from noon onwards. More info posted on this forum: http://bmw02.jigluhood.com/discussion/messages/357...
And then the ever popular "Classics on the Common" in Harpenden 28th July, opens 4pm and is on a Wednesday: http://www.classicsonthecommon.com/

Any more info on this:

Seems a nice alternative to the usual "rods"....
Sadly no, I've never had the fortune to speak to the owner. All I can tell you is it's a Rover V8 hiding away under the bonnet and that it is very, very nice and looks very well built. It's totally mint.

I've seen it a couple of times, this is it at the COTC 2008:
