Our work skip is at overflow level and we've been putting off getting it emptied because a Wagtail has built a nest in it and is waiting for the eggs to hatch.Unfortunately having discussed this with our insurers they do not take kindly to rubbish being left in our factory overnight for obvious reasons, so we're a bit hamstrung as to what to do. Is moving the nest an option?

I would be wary of moving it:

wildlife act said:
The Act makes it an offence (with exception to species listed in Schedule 2) to intentionally:
kill, injure, or take any wild bird,
take, damage or destroy the nest of any wild bird while that nest is in use or being built (also [take, damage or destroy the nest of a wild bird included in Schedule ZA1] under the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006), or
take or destroy an egg of any wild bird.
