Driver Training for Girls

Can anyone recommend a good driver training school (ideally in the Essex area, but happy to travel for the right place) for my better half? - She will going from a stupid little front-driver (Daewoo Matiz) to a 1.6 MX5 and i'm keen for her to learn properly and not from me and to pick up my bad habits.

All recommendations appreciated.
