At that age and value I don't think it worthwhile paying main dealer labour rates. If the cambelt is like th 1,4 16v I had then it requires allot of labour and some degree of experience with that engine. I was quoted around 5-600 euros most of labour as it was much more time consuming.
Maybe check around for Renault specialists but a get a quote from a main dealer or two to compare?
