I fear that White cars are going to quickly go out of fashion again.... i'm actually already getting a bit bored by them and would have snapped your hand off for a white Audi / Golf a couple of years back!

Black is a nightmare to keep clean, but does always look good - It never dates a car (IMHO)!

You need a S-Line, silly.

Er, black I suppose. I've got a strong feeling that red is going to be the next biggy though. We've had all the others and it's due a resurgance IMO!

I'd echo what was said above, white cars are quite fashionable now, but they won't be for long, black cars almost always look quite good, and it lends them a stealthy quality.

....surely that would only matter to shallow fashionistas?

Just make sure you let them know you want the imagine.

Colour won't make a blind bit of difference if you don't get the imagine.

Not a big fan of white. It looks good now because its on new cars which are nicely polished and fresh out the showroom but give it a few years and I think they will fade, look very flat and show up the slightest damage.

Black is a safer bet.

I was thinking more from a re-sale point of view, but it depends if that matters to the buyer?

Buy the car you want IMO.

I'm always surprised when I hear someone say "oh don't buy that colour, it'll go out of fashion dahhhlink".

It's a car, not a luis vitton mankini.

"I don't like white" yes, I can imagine someone saying that but I doubt any buyer is seriously going to sit there and think to themselves "Oh, white is soooo last season".

Never mind the colour, make sure ou take it for a very long test drive. Mine lasted three months before I gave up on the amazingly hard, spine through your mouth ride. I like sports suspension, but the A3 BE is just ridiculous. Very, very wearing on a long run. (But then again, I could just be getting old smile )

(But if you really want one..get a Misano red one, they look great)

These boys have covered your arse? What, in the "horsey" sense? Is that some kind of confession?

It doesn't matter which one you get.

That's two of the top ten cars on the road right there.
