Recommend me property management agency for shared freehold

Howdy wise forum.

I have part a shared freehold in Reading, there is 5 of us and tensions are rising slightly over who does what and responsibilites (our accounts submissions were late this year.)

None of us really has any idea what we are doing and dispite it being reasonably simple (few shared bills, accounts to accountant, collecting Direct Debits, company director admin, submitting everything to companies house etc) I feel that it could cause tension over what are friendly neigbours.

Can we pay someone sensbile money to do everything for us?

Only companies so far have been over £1k a year which seems steep.

Anyone recommend anything?

Local to Reading would be preferable

Would really like someone to be the address for all bills, sort Companies house paperwork, collect DD's, sort accounts etc.

Its a horrible job which is why not many people do it especially when less than 20 units or so. Not much money to be made and plenty of hassle, hence why you are finding minimum charges of £1k. I would speak to ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) or go on their website. They will point you towards a local member who can deal with it. Best to go through somewhere like that as opposed to a half baked company who think its easy money but don't know what they are doing and end up muffing it up!
