British F1 Grand Prix 2010

This will be the first time I have gone to the Friday practise day for this years F1 grand prix at Siverstone this week!

Does anyone know whether the F1 village, merchandise and displays will be there or does this not arrive until the Saturday?

Any help would be appreciated?

I am pretty sure its all there on the friday, They will take every opportunity to sell you stuff, Should be a good weekend,

It will be all set up for Friday - Sunday. The cost of a pitch in there is frightening, the stall holders need every available second of business

I'm going up Friday & Saturday so looking forward to it!

Gates open at 6am Friday, but realistically what time would people suggest getting there? The first session is 10am so i was thinking of getting there around 8am, hoping it wouldn't be toooooo busy on the Friday???
