Zetec S 1.6 engine - silvertop and blacktop heads the same?

Just wanted to double check, aside from the bottom end differences, is the basic head layout of the silvertop the same as the later black top? I've found a replacement head for the car I mentioned in the original cambelt thread, but it's from a blacktop. I have all the gear to change it over with like manifolds etc but just wanted to see if anyone knew before I stumped up the cash.

No not the same one is a zetec-s the other a zetec-se it wont work!
