Rocker pads - opinions on valves

I noticed a ticking noise from the engine recently and as I've just replaced all the manifolds and gaskets was fearing that a pad or two had fallen of the rockers.

Anyway whipped of the rockers tonight and sure enough nearside is missing one and another is cracked; simialr on the on the offside.

So I need a new set of rockers and will probably do the rocker shaft at the same time. I've seen the various posts on here about the variable quality of some of the pattern rockers and shafts. I'll probably just go for the all steel versions so I can forget about them. Can anyone recommend a place to purchase a good set from?

The valves where the pads are missing have suffered a bit but wanted to get some opinion on whether I need to take the heads off and get the valves replaced or not.

I got steel rockers from TVR Power. Probably not the cheapest but I thought it would be a safe bet.

Anyway, oil pressure is fine so it looks like they were good.
