Going to Laganas, Zante :)

Well im off for a bit of a lads holiday at the end of the week...anyone else being here?

Many years ago visited Zante, didn't stay in Laganas though but the coach dropping us all off went through there - and rather than turn around just drove along the beach to the next road.

From what I saw at about 2 or 3am I think you'll have a great lads holiday!

Went there a few years back, it wasnt expensive then but imagine prices have gone up. Decent place for lads holiday. To say the women were easy would be an understatement. Enjoy!

We stopped at a small resort at the other end of the beach (very quiet)one day we walked down to Laganas it was my idea of hell (I'm a little older with yound kids)from that you will enjoy.

Stayed there a couple of years ago. Had a great time. Make sure you have a trip round the Island, not just stay in the resort getting pissed......

There's a gay lad from my work going there early next week for something called the rainbow festival. Apparently it's pretty popular, as he struggled to get flights out.

For a lads holiday it would be great. For anyone else the phrase "hell on earth" springs to mind.

I'd recommend going up to Tsilivi for a boat trip with Captain Spiros. See http://www.zantelevante.com/default.asp for details. The comments in the guestbook speak for themselves. There is no better boat trip available on the island.

Hire an SJ410 and follow the signs for one of the beachs thats off through the olive trees. They are usually quite and stunning.

Small world. I worked for Spiros in 1991/92 as a watersports instructor. Hard work, hot sun, great fun and you're right it's one of the best days out . Laganos was just a little village then, I went back about 10 years ago and it is now 'a target rich enviroment'!
