"Once is bad luck, twice is an odd coincidence, third time is enemy action?"

Or words to that effect...

Exactly I can see two other Continentals in the background!

Duh, ever heard of Titanium locking nuts.

At £1,250 each wheel it seems a little strange that the owners do not think of installing such a simple device to prevent theft.

Besides, not that I condone this type of action but for someone who owns a Bentley £5,000 is hardly going to break the bank is it especially when it's insured.

If you Own a Bentley the cost(or insurance) of Wheels are No problem. They all Seam to have 1 in that area (1st photo) maybe there's buy 1 get 1 Free.
Sounds like it could have been Robin Hood...

It does seem strange that they would target that specific car three times, when there are two others clearly in the background.

Revenge... unpaid bills??

But really, how can anyone ever refer to a Bentley as 'baby'? Surely that beast weighs about 2t?

In the article

The special alloys on the £120,000 black Continental GT Bentley can cost an eye-watering £5,000 to replace.

I'd say this is a Mulliner spec or Speed spec version which come with aftermakeret wheels. The two others are standart Continentals.

3 hours after it was delivered from the last set being nabbed?

Sounds like either a dodgy dealer or insurance job to me

If the owner can afford a Bentley he can afford a big lad with a scaffolding pole to guard it for him too.
